Does the Holiday Park have Wifi?

Yes Starlink Wifi is available and chargeable at NZD$5 for 3GB

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, Self-Contained, En-suites Rooms and Family Cabins have a minimum 2-night stay. At peak times of the year, there may be a minimum night stay required for other room types.

How many people can the rooms accommodate?

All Self-contained, Ensuite rooms, Double Cabins allow a maximum of 2 people, including children and infants. Triple Cabins maximum is 3. The family cabins accommodate 6 people.

Does each room have air conditioning?

Because we are at an elevation of over 600m, the weather on the central plateau is mild during summer and cold during winter. All rooms and cabins have heating. Self-contained Units also have fans.

Are the rooms serviced daily?

Rooms are cleaned at the end of your stay. If staying more than 2 nights, cleaning can be arranged more frequently.

What are the check-in / check-out times?

All guests are welcome to check in from 2 pm to 6 pm daily, except Christmas Day from 3 pm to 5 pm. Late check-ins are on request. Late checkouts are also available on request except for campsites.

How many parking spots are available?

Cabins are allocated one parking space.

Does the park offer washing and drying facilities?

Yes, we have a washer and dryer available. $4 per wash & $4 per dry.

Does the park have a spa pool

Yes we a spa pool onsite, only available for adults.

What facilities do you have for Children?

The park has a playground & trampoline to entertain children.

Do you allow pets on-site?

No pets are allowed on or near the National Park.

How many campervan sites do you have?

The park has 25 powered and 25 non-powered sites.

Do you charge for power at the powered campervan sites?

No, power is included in the stay price.

What forms of payment do you take?

Cash, Eftpos, Mastercard & Visa.

Is there transport from the Park to the Tongariro Crossing?

Yes, Tongariro Shuttles offer pickup and drop-off. Book you shuttle well in advance.
